Our Story

Wamato Estates was founded to close a trust gap in Uganda's property market. Too many buyers, tenants and diaspora clients were being let down by unverified listings and unreliable agents. We set out to build a company that does the verification, paperwork and follow-through properly — every time.

Starting from our office on Mackay Road in Lungujja, we've grown to serve clients across Uganda, with a dedicated desk supporting Ugandans living abroad who want to buy, sell or manage property back home.

Today, owning property in Uganda means more than finding the right buyer or tenant — more and more of our clients are also building. That's why we look after every part of your property's life: security for your property, cleaning, maintenance and repairs, building and construction, property consulting, and on-site supervision and inspection — so your investment stays safe, well kept and built right, even when you're far away.
